I looking for a lower valance on a 1973 delta88 under the front bumper

I think he's referring to the part circled in yellow in the attached photo. It's the extension of the grille and front end below the bumper in which the turn signals are mounted.

It's the same valence in 1973 for Delta 88, Ninety Eight, and Custom Cruiser. Not a reproduced part so you need a donor car

Desert valley auto parts has them. Good luck with your project.

i have one on my olds im parting its a litte rough by the top but other than that its pretty good (its that yellow color)
