Inner fender liner bolts to radiator support

Does anybody have four of these bolts? They have a captured? washer attached. 5/16 by 18 about 1/2'' long. Do I need a longer bolt for the battery tray?
Thanks
Tom

Tom,
When I took out my battery tray there were only 2 of those holding the tray to the rad support and the other 2 were nut/bolts that went though the inner liner to the wheel well. Doesn't the 68 have a similar plastic inner liner and battery tray mounting as the 72? I know what bolts you're talking about, but prolly you could get them cheaper (shipping) in the US than me sending them from Canada. You're close to John in Medford. (2blu442) Maybe shoot him a PM and see if he's got them?

I'm sure Tyler (Firefighter5174) has them because he specializes in parting only 68/69 Cutlass.
