hope in the correct place, 70, 97 rear bumper

I posted this in several other areas. Takes a bit to get up to speed.
Looking to finish a 70 C/B Old ambulance, and need a good quality (69?) 70 rear bumper. Any help much appreciated, and shipping will be in the US.
Thanks in advance.

Per Nov 73 parts book, 69-70 Ninety Eight use the same rear bumper. Might make a search easier.

Is there enough of the modified C/B bumper left to see what they did to clear the rear door?

Yes, we have the original bumper as a template. It cannot be used however as just too much salt damage to repair it.

69-70 98 rear bumper.

Bump. Have found a couple but unfortunately significant limiting rust to both. Any leads on a good quality one for modification much appreciated. Again, thanks in advance.

Dvap

Suspect DVAP will have it. Desert Valley Auto Parts. www.dvap.com. They had a LOT of mid / late sixties BOP large cars when I walked their yard in June ‘17.
This was in their old (original??) Yard on the north side of Phoenix. That yard has been sold, and their main yard is now farther north, off the Black Canyon Frwy, apparently. What was moved, and what was crushed - I have no idea.
Also am of belief that DVAP purchased Hidden Valley, in Maricopa. However Hidden Valley is still advertising under that name, so you might? try them also.

While their website has about eight 69-70 98's, they say "no bumpers available". Makes one wonder how often they update it. Thanks for the lead and any more appreciated.

Yep DVAP has been in a state of flux, with the move. Large cars were a lot less likely to have been saved by individuals, so a yard with older vehicles might be a more viable option.
There is a yard south of Sierra vista, in Hereford AZ, think? it is D & R, you might look them up. Another is Valley Auto, in Thatcher, AZ, believe they’ve largely crushed out though.
