Are you completely without a dipstick, or do you have something that works until you can find a correct one? If the former, and I had this problem with my '67 Delta 88 with a 425 (which had the wrong dipstick in it when I bought it), the service manual gives the length of the dipstick on the 425. From the tip of the stick (end that sticks into the engine) to the collar at the other end is 18-13/32". Aftermarket dispticks can be cut or otherwise adjusted to the correct length.

I calibrated mine by draining the oil, putting in four quarts, letting it settle for a bit, and then inserting the stick and noting the oil level. I made a scratch on the stick at that point, then put in the fifth quart, noted the level on the stick, and made another mark. This worked fine until I found a correct stick at swap meet some time later.

Dipstick

I checked the parts book, see pic. I googled the number and got a lead to summit, says that have it, but I would check that carefully, didn’t get a hit at rock oil auto either. The part number you stated appears to not match the master parts manual, see below
best luck
