Does anyone have (2) 7/16 x 14 thread x 4-1/8 inch head bolts like this to attach a/c compressor bracket on a 455? Top portion needs to be 7/16 by 1-1/4 inch long.

I am rebuilding my 455 now, and I also need 3 of these head bolts.. (If I remember correct, they are all 3 the same...) I looked all thru the ARP catalog & the AMK Products with no luck. It can't be this hard to get some new ones... Can it ?!?

If you went with new or aftermarket, you would have to get a long ARP stud, with enough material to fasten with a nut,and have plenty sticking up beyond the nut.Your typical Olds 455 ARP head studs only have a few threads sticking up,if that much, when all is fastened down,so those won't work.
The 3 standoff studs are for the alternator bracket, compressor bracket, and the heat stove assembly.
