Back in 2002 I bought a '71 W-30 missing the "H" heads. I called Joe Mondello and he had one complete pair ready to go, the last pair he had. He sold them to me for $2500. Then later that year I was at a swap meet and found a bare pair of "H" heads and I bought them for $200. I called up Joe and he wanted them and asked what I wanted for them. He traded me even for a new pair of Edelbrock aluminum heads prepared by him personally. 20 years later those heads are finally being used on the 455 tri-carb engine for my '68 H/O. You should pay up whatever it takes to buy a pair today.

I am willing to buy a pair today, do you have a pair for sale, if not you should not even post on this ad, I also am willing to pay for them just not a ridiculous price, Reasonable does not mean cheap, just means a good price, you would want the same thing if you were looking for a pair. I know they are not cheap. I just want to pay what they are worth. you paid 2500 and 200 for yours, I think even back them that was cheap, I am willing to pay more than that for a pair, just need someone to give me a lead or someone contact me that has a pair,
Thanks

Did you see this set on eBay? Asking $8000. The add says they have been checked out by a machine shop, but it looks like there is an exhaust bolt broken off in one of them.
