Head torque specs
A. Snug all bolts including rocker shaft brackets
B. Tighten numbered bolts in sequence 50 to 60 FT LBS
C. Tighten lettered (rocker shaft brackets) 14 to 22 FT LBS
D. Retighten numbered bolts in sequence 60 to 80 FT LBS
E. Retighten lettered bolts 14 to 22 FTLBS

If you still need the generator bracket set, I should have them from a '62 Super 88 I stripped last summer. My parts book shows '61 and '62 as the same. $35 for the set plus the shipping. Thanks, John.

Hey guys,
Thanks for all the help, it turns out the bracket I have that was hiding in a box is the right one for the car.Don't get me wrong guys if I hadn't found the one I have I would have bought one here.
But I also need two more things to complete the engine..need a oil pan and the flywheel inspection cover?
