I am looking for the 1964 Body by Fisher manual (specifically Cutlass models.)

 

There wasn't a separate body manual in 1964. The chassis service manual that year was a 5-volume set, rather than the usual single thick book, and the body was covered in volume 5. The set of 5 can be found easily on ebay, but normally you have to buy the whole set (which you should have anyway if you have a '64 Olds). Once in a while you do see the individual volumes for sale if all you want is #5.

I guess that explains why I couldn't find one. I do have the 5 volume set. Thanks
