Not sure if the 455 manifolds fit the 425.They are from a B-Body originally though. Maybe someone will chime in on the fit.

I was told that the 455 manifold will fit the 425 but fitting your body would be the question. What car are you working on.

Do you have a damaged one that your replacing? If so, could you post the casting numbers/letters? I have manifolds from a 1967 98 with a 425 but don't know if that's the same or not. John

Well, the actual manifolds are at my machnica shop....but the new drivre side Dual manifold I bought numbers are as folllows: 384895 D2. So I guess my passenger side would be 384894 P2; not sure about that but let me know....I really just need a passengr manifold in fair shape.....ie bults up no cracks nor licks. Because I just need it to cap off for the dual system. What's wrong with mine, you ask, well it was rusted into the egine and the bults had to be cut out, so if I want to reuse it my manchanic is going to charge me to drill and or take the remaining bults out the manifold ...says it'll be about 2 hrs of labor; about 120$. No I think I can get a new manifold for a 455 for one 150. (thorton's reproductions). Now, my thang is I don't really want to buy a new manifold just to cap off, so I'm trying to find a nice used one for much less that will bult up.

Let me now what yall think

1965 Dynamic I don't think there is enough room for a 455 manifold to fit, you'll have to find a 425 manifold.

Did you find a manifold yet? I've got a 384894 that has the crossover opening welded shut. It also has a large "R" cast into it. John
