Not sure what to even call this but it's the little black cover that goes on the dust cover for a dual gate. I've seen the entire cover listed with the parts suppliers but not just the little plastic piece.

 

Are you referring to the square black vertical “button” on the shift gate cover?





I remember seeing those for $6 or so 20 years ago but no idea if they are still available.

FYI...many years ago, Hurst sold just that black tab mounted on a card. Big speed shops had them on the wall. I actually have one or 2 of those things NOS kicking around here somewhere. When they show up on abay, they bring good $. Glad 69 Hurst is hooking you up.
