Door-mounted Thermometer Bracket

Hi! I'm looking for the bracket for an Oldsmobile door mounted Thermometer from the early 1970's. Thank you!

If you don't find one here, I'm happy to take a series of pics of one with measurements in case you want to fab one up yourself.

B, I may take you up your offer. Let me see if anyone has the piece for sale before I make extra work for you. I'm still a little while from my paint job so I have some time. Thank you!

Hi! I'm assuming no one has one of these brackets for sale, so if I may trouble you for measurements and photos, that would be fantastic! Thank you in advance for your generosity, Chris

See if these help:

This is how it fits in the thermometer

The two holes in the center aren’t a critical measurement - use this piece to mark where the holes in the door will be drilled. The hole size is just big enough for the metal screws, which don’t fit in a 5/32” hole. The single 5/32” hole is designed for a rivet to attach the thermometer to the bracket, but most I’ve seen just use a stainless screw.

Hey man I can't thank you enough! Super great diagrams, I really do appreciate it! And I have the rivet, so that should work out beautifully with your diagram. I want to thank you by your name, but I realize I don't know your name LOL thanks! Chris
