Looking for front and back bumpers for my 1949 olds 88 does anyone know if there is other models beside the olds to look for bumpers on like pontiacs or Chevys?

I'll attempt to respond to your question herein..
The bumpers, front and rear on the '49-50 & 51A Olds 88 are specific to those cars.. There is no other GM car that you can secure bumpers from.
The same is true for any other trim pieces, light bezels, side trim, etc. Some minor interior pieces, sun visors, and arm rests are typical for all GM cars.
I have an extra set of front and rear bumpers, with the bumper guards..
I have found that ebay is an excellent source of parts for the '49-50 Olds, you just have to be patient..
What body style do you have?
