Blockoffs for 1966 L69 tricarb intake

Maybe someone has an extra just gathering dust, and I don't have to become a manufacturer?

My computer is not good at telling me what section this post is in. Did I not post that in the PARTS WANTED section? It was a WANTED item. Have since given up on making them, was quoted $200 each for stainless welded assemblies.

Chris , they tell you where the weld would be?

Would they recreate the fillet in the top corner of the scallops or the fillet in the center?

I only know of one NOS pair, 393471, and they would cost too much!

There was a guy casting them about 15 years ago & selling them on eBay for $75.00 a set.

I think I have an extra one, but, the ear on one of the bolt holes is broken.
It'll work just fine, just an issue of cosmetics.
Not terribly noticeable once installed.
If you're interested, I can dig it out an send you a pic.

Got ahold of Tom
I bought his last one yrs ago
He sent a nice dwg of the part
He has the molds
that's as far as that got

Fine man reading craigslist in Lansing had two NOS ones handy, so I scored them and that killed the urgent need to make any.

And, no, the SS ones would be functional only and look absolutely nothing like the originals. And at $400 the pair, that will never happen.

Wow, NOS How lucky. Got to love craigslist. I search it daily. Did you have to pay a arm & leg for them ?
