Yes, it would be for a quadrajet. It also contains a bracket for the TV cable.
I thought I had one, but turns out it had been modified (cut on).
22504927 is the part number, fits 1980-90 307 Y and 9 w/quadrajet ALL body styles, as well as 1980 A with 350R (442). Basically found wherever you find a 307.
If you really want a new one, it's a tad on the pricey side, but here one is:
