This was a kit to fix cracked roofs and stop it from hapening again, they are mentioned in Pontiac and Buick hurst hatch service manuals. Never seen one in person, would like to have!

I would just attempt fabbing up your own. Probably not the best answer, but even an NOS Hurst Hatch T-Top kit my brother has doesn't have them in there.

Interesting. I don't recall if that piece is in my brother's NOS box. I don't recall seeing it but it's been 15 years or so. It does just look like you could use a shallow piece of angle for the whole thing or even corrugated roofing if they make it that thick.
