Please forgive my ignorance,. What is a pulse wiper motor? I should have a few wiper motors from 74 & 75 Delta 88's. Maybe I can help you. There is a wiper motor in the 75 in my driveway, and that car has mostly original parts on it, it has very low mileage.

I gave my little cousin one for his 77 elcomino it was the same.
Also my 73 caddy it looks identical.
