Hope this helps. I found some skirts on ebay. I don't know about the fillers though. I think the ones that came up are for '71 or '72 but I believe those are the fiberglass ones and they are usually not very good quality. There are high quality ABS fillers made for '75/'76 98's now but I don't know of any for '73 yet.
