??? The hood latch is attached to the hood. The bottom latch is attached to the rad support. Which part are you referring to - the rad support or bottom latch used to open the hood?

it bolts to the radiatir support, and has the release mech

I don't have many spare latch assemblies left,but I have box frame that holds those pieces,and the grilles mount to it.
