I don’t have a great expectation for finding this part. It is a white plastic trim piece for a bench seat armrest. Didn’t see a name for it in the FSM Body manual. I can see what looks to be a part # 9838051. Picture below. A NOS or good old part is my hoped for solution. A cleanup and paint may be what I have to do.
