Hey, ya know you can refurb the tail light lenses. The red areas can be brought back by wet sanding / polishing, and the silver surrounds can be painted with Krylon Dull Silver #1403. That's what I did with mine (painting, that is, I didn't do anything to the read areas) and they look great.

 

What ken said plus simi chrome or similar metal polish will make the red part of the tailight look smooth and new.

the rubber part of the quarter window can be had inexpensively and is easy to replace
