I know it's a little different, but there is a 70 front bumper on chicago craigslist for 30 bucks.

 

Give John MacNeil (2blu442) a holler. He's in Medford OR. Probably has a stack of them lying around.

 

i think i can come up with a used OEM cut out bumper or an NOS cut out bumper. i know you said you didn't want the NOS one a while back. i will have to find the guys number and see if i can still get the used one. it looked good the last time i seen it but that was several years ago. if you don't find one or hear back from me in a couple days, remind me about it. the over time kills my memory.

 

I have some nice straight,presentable cores,for the front & back.You might even be able to polish them up,to get you by for awhile,but they are not show bumpers.

 

Are you still looking for these? I have a set of very nice driver quality bumpers. Very straight and chrome is nice. can take pics if you're interested. I'm in St. Louis.
