Looking for a real good 71' radiator support. Just realized I have a 72 all these years. I'm located in Maspeth, NY 11378 and will drive 400 miles to pick it up. If you have one for sale send pics. Battery side should be clean with no marks or rust. Thanks.

 

The 72 radiator support will work fine in your 71. The grills for 72 are the ONLY reason the 72 rad support has those 2 bumps. Note: the 72 442 has the exact same contours as all 71 grills and they will all bolt up just fine. I wouldn't bother changing it unless you're concerned about losing points in a show. JMO, but most car show judges wouldn't know the difference between a 71 and 72 rad support.
