71 72 455 1112033 distributor

I'm looking for the above distributor for my 71 SX convertible. This is the distributor for regular 71 and 72 455s. It can't have any side movement play in the shaft, ie., the bushing is good. Also, the ground wire under the breaker plate must be attached. Date code wise, the first 5 months of 71 would be preferable, but condition more important. Thanks. Hopefully someone has one of these sitting around and not needed anymore. I'm in Canada.

I have a 1112033 from a 71....will have to check it out to see condition. What exactly are you talking about with the bushing?...added pictures....date code is 1A15 (Jan 15 1971) everything feels tight side to side. Unfortunately the ground is broken at the rubber grommet. I know it has not been in a running car in at least 30 years....so it ought to be in fixable cond. It looks like the ground from the base plate to the end of the vacuum advance is still good.

The bushing controls the side to side movement of the shaft. You say the shaft has no movement so the bushing must be ok. The broken wire to the coil is to be expected and is common. That's good the ground under the breaker plate is attached. I am waiting to get details on an other so I'll wait the details. Thanks for replying. Perhaps you could PM your asking price.

If you have interest in a restored distributor let me know. Likely not as low cost as unrestored distributors you're looking at but all the time consuming work has been done.
