70W30 rear carb Tee

Hello, trying to find the rear carb tee for a 70 W30 automatic car. The rear port connection where the choke tube ties into with a side port for the TCS vacuum hose to connect to. Hopefully I've explained it correctly? & hopefully this is the correct piece, I've been told it is, since there is no schematic showing this rear carb connection. Thanks ABFoo
