'70 Olds 442 455 Dipstick Tube
Hello,
If anyone needs a NOS oil dipstick tube #40-1357 for a 455 there is one on e-bay now.
I bought 2 of these from same seller. It fits perfect with no grinding,sanding,siliconing etc....little pricey, but it is correct and you can tell by the fit (actually bottoms out where it should, my ex-manifolds are installed, but I could feel / hear it bottom out when installing.
It also works great with the oil dipstick NOSR that The Parts Place offers.
Don't think we will see many more NOS tubes......both my tube and stick were bad / bent and loose.....
