Unless you get a reply on this site, your best bet for a used one is Ebay. For a new lock cylinder consider Fusick. They sell the lock and 2 keys for $23 (per p. 64 of catalog 45C).

Thanks for the tip. I would like a 70 lock so the key blank is correct. I will check on e-bay.
