I am looking for an original OAI air cleaner base. Must be original. Also would like to find an original flapper door.

I guess while I am at it I would also like to find an NOS foam seal for a 455.

 

Eric, I'll be listing this soon. I'm curious to see what Thortons used one sells for. This is what I believe to be an nos top w/ nos foam. Base will be an original in excellent condition. I'm not sure how to price this.
btw, you can see the carbon fiber look of the plastic.

 

Mike is the black around the outside on the foam brittle? A lot of time the black on these NOS foams crack as soon as you close the hood. I may have someone for this piece if you decide to sell it. I'll forward you his email. He's also looking for an NOS left headlamp bezel if you or Eric have one?

 

I don't need the entire thing. Just the flapper and base. I don't think I could afford an NOS one. I have seen some originals like the one you have with that grainy look to it.

I don't have any headlight bezels NOS.

 

Tony, no, the black is not wrinkled or broken. The w31 air cleaner in the other post has a super nice w-31 foam, which looks like lightly used or old nos.

 

Can't afford it ? hmm I guess it all depends what you spend your money on.
