Folks, I'm looking for a used rear license plate assembly for a 70-72 Cutlass/442. Don't need NOS or mint, just functional (with good spring). Please let me know.
Hoping to get my car registered very soon and it would really suck if I can't drive it because I can't hang a rear plate!

What year car is it. the bumper doors were different in 1970 a little bigger and the 71-72s were a little smaller

 

Sorry, the car I need for is a '70. A little homework shows me that you're correct...1968-70 uses same door and 1971-72 is a little different. Thanks!

 

Hopefully someone on here can get you what you need. I don't have a spare one of those. but i will keep my eye out for one

This is listed as a '72 but looks to be the same style I have on my '70. I know its not the answer you are looking for, but repros are about $50 from the usual suspects. Not bad for a brand new piece.
