I got a dipstick, the tube is probably beyond repair. I'll post a pic soon.

Pic posted. If you want it, name a price, I'll take whatever.

I use A body parts; Toro parts are different but that may be routing/length.

67Olds442X2, Would a $20 bill buy it shipped?
I need it because, Ive installed the Toro Pan on my 67 442 but the dipstick I have now reads overfilled. I was going to use it as a gauge to help modify mine in the car.
Tweed, thats because I didn't know he had one. Always works that way w/ Tony n I!! Always!!!

I bought a pan off Tony, not dipstick & tube. Did you know there is different length dipsticks. I have several tubes all same lenght but i have long & short dipsticks themselves? I didnt realize it until I put my new motor in and went to put a dipstick in it and found I had two different lengths? Actually not sure if there are diff length tubes or not? But if there are? I probably got one. Didnt make much difference on mine since I am using a Moroso pan. I just put 8 qts in it and made a new "full" mark on the stick! You could do that too --- even cut the thing off a little if you want to?
I'd be glad to take your 20 bux, but think you dont need to spend it!!

If you need it just to gauge what you have, I could ship it. Use it, then send back, better than $20. Course if your going to use the stick, that's different. You may know this already, the toro stick is 18 13/32" from the collar to the tip and the regular 400 pan stick is 17 21/32". I guess the tubes might be different lengths also. Long answer, sure $20 if you want it. PM your address. I'll ship, if it works, you can send a check.

Dan

^^
I'll measure the tubes I got, won't cost a cent.

dan --Give him the mesurement of the length of the TUBE -- from the collar to the top? Then he can compare to the one he has. That way he can figure out just what he needs.

Okay, Toro tube 17 5/8" total, 12 1/2" block to end or collar.

The 400 I got 14 3/4" total, 9 3/4" block to end or collar.

Hope this works.

I am very sorry, Amazing how priorities shift. Sorry but w/ all the snow and weather and family this year, I just never got back to the garage once. I actually haven't even opened the package. PM me a way of payment and I will promptly pay. I am sorry and don't wanna be considered a dead beat! Your help is very appreciated!!! Once again, Sorry for your inconvenience.

No problem. I'll send a PM. If you need time to check the stick out by all means take it. By the way, are you the person selling the F85? Nice car, I wish I had the extra cash. Again, check the stick out first if needed, I just wanted to see if you were still out there.
