The 69 is the date. I don't have a mint one but I think I have one that the fan rubbed a hole on the bottom side. I would have to look. If he can't find a better one I can check and see if I have this one still. I believe the top side was still nice.

 

I have an NOS 402995 fan shroud. It has both a 69 and a 70 circle molded into the inside. These are raised as opposed to depressed from the surface so I'm guessing the 70 circle could be removed if desired.

If interested I'll take a photo and post.

 

Did it sell? If not how much?
