Putting together the dash on a 98 conv with A/C and customer is missing the plastic defroster diffuser that mounts on the inside firewall box… see photo of where this mounts… I assume it is “Y” shaped and the cloth hoses run to each defroster vent.
Not concerned with the hoses, but if you have them, great, if not, I can get them, just need the diffuser… pp or cash waiting… thank you!

 

Here's what I have and copies of the references. It appears to me this might be correct, the top Y feeds the windshield and the lower Y feeds the dash vents. Let me know what you think. John
