68 Cutlass deck lid

Need a good 68 cutlass / 442 deck lid

I know where there is one on a cutlass S in Napa, CA, but the yard owner is a jerk and he is proud of it. It is at Baker Auto wrecking on Deer Island Rd. By appointment only. He quoted me 250 - 300 which means 300 to him I'm sure. It has surface rust, but he claims it is solid as he banged on it and listened for the rust flakes to fall off it inside, but we heard nothing. He didn't open it, so no idea what it looks like inside. I have 3 pictures of it.

If 9teen68/442 isn't interested, my friend may who passed on the one at Baker's may be interested in yours, especially if it is a 442 lid.
