The 4 core saddles are available so you can simply remove the 2-3 core saddles and weld them to your existing mounting locations. I was unaware of the aftermarket saddles until Joe P recently pointed them out to me. TX Joe. Maybe Joe can point us to the vendor?
The 4 core top plates are impossible to find especially with the upper hose support still intact.

I have a 4 core radiator top plate for a 1968 Cutlass which is a one year only top plate.
It is painted with new insulating rubbers on the saddles. $225 plus $15 shipping to most places in the US.
