68-72 AC Condenser Wanted

Any chance anyone has a nice used OEM AC condenser for a 69 442? I believe the 68-72's are all the same. This is for a restoration project and I need one where the fins are not bent up or broken loose. A few fins that need straightening is fine. Also, no holes or other issues. The fitting for the receiver/drier must also spin freely. I bought a repro unit on Ebay that was advertised as "Judging Quality" but the line that comes up from the bottom of the unit and connects to the receiver/drier is too long and sits the r/d too high up. As a result, the lower band clamp for the r/d would no longer be in contact with the r/d. If anyone knows of a very nice repro unit where this is not an issue and where the appearance is as close to factory as can be done, I would welcome that info too.
Thanks. Brian

Thanks Joe. I forgot about Paul. I have done some business with him in the past too and was treated fairly. I'll try him today.

I've got a pretty good one from a '71 S if that will work for you. I can get pictures if you want. Usually sell them for $50.00-$75.00 depending on condition. plus shipping.
Thanks.

Fizzy, as an FYI, I spoke to the company who made the repop I bought on Ebay and he was really surprised to hear his wasn't correct. But they did say that if I game them the correct dimensions for the tube they would make what I wanted. I still wasn't completely thrilled with their unit so that option will be a last resort for me. Also, the screws they use to attach the brackets to the unit are larger than stock units. I noticed with a 4 row radiator, those screws actually rub on the radiator. I was going to switch over to the stock hardware when I noticed the issue with the receiver drier tube which brought any other efforts to a halt.

Original condensers can be restored if they have no leaks and as long as they don't look like someone drove a truck over them. If the fins are intact with the tubes and not overly bent up, Classic Auto Air in FL can restore them. The fittings also need to spin freely. I have not had one restored by them but this is my plan if I can get a good solid unit. I'm expecting photos of some units and a conformation that another one is good and hopefully I can move forward to purchase one of them.
