A friend of mine needs a drivers side 12 bolt o-type axle...needing a bearing is fine we need it pretty soon. Someone rigged his by welding on it and its screwed up pretty bad....its a 69 if that matters...

I'm pretty sure there was a recent post that said 31 splines were 67-68 performance gears only (3.42 or lower).

I'm out; the only useable 28-spline axles that I have already removed are 1970 (tapered roller bearing). I do have a couple 31-spline of the early version (sealed bearing). Thanks, Bob.
