68-69 OAI stuff
68-69 OAI stuff
Hello -
I'd like to buy cheap/repo/used 68-69 442 OAI stuff re: test fitting an OAI setup on my 77 Pace Car.
I'd like to use only OEM Oldsmobile parts to emulate how a 77 Pace Car with 455/TH400/3.42posi with OAI would have been equipped from The Factory. I'm going to experiment with putting the 68-69 under-bumper scoops in the stock 77 B-body front bumper center "slots"; depending on how that works out I'm also going to try an 80-85 front bumper with the scoops in the front turn signal holes.
It's going to require moving/removing the charcoal canister and moving the battery to the trunk - I want to use 66-67 W-30 stuff for that part too.
I'm not sure which vintage parts will fit this application - I plan to buy nice OEM stuff for the final assembly but for right now I'm just mocking it up.
If you have discarded repos, or very poor-quality originals, that you want to rid yourself of, please contact me via PM.
Thank you -
