68-69 Hurst / Olds Console Wire Harness
I need a wire harness for a 68-69 Hurst Dual Gate Shifter. Wiring w/ plugs for neutral safety switch, back-up light switch & gear indicator light. Bob 978-360-9898

I don't know if the 68/9 H/O console harness is any different than the regular one, since it would have to have all of those plugs (plus one more for the light at the back). I'll do some checking and see if I can come up with anything specific.
The neutral safety switch itself is a very tough item to find. I have yet to find a GM part number for the 69. I found one at one time for the 68 and I assume (for now) that they would be the same. Hurst carried the correct piece for many years under their own part number, but that was years ago. I have seen guys on other boards give up looking for them and just build something that works on their own.
Hopefully someone else can chime in with some additional info.
