'68 442 - Rear Center Bumper Pad

I'm trying to find the pad that fits inside of the top center of the rear bumper, as circled on the attached file.
I've checked a couple parts companies but no luck. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Tom,

I have one if you still need it. I cannot say for certain it can from a '68 Cutlass or 442 but it is the same dimensions as the one on my '68 442. Below are a couple pictures.

The 69 assembly manual does not show that pad:

page 47 of the pdf

As many similarities between 68 & 69, I keep finding there a lot of dis similarities. Thank you, Brett
