'67 Delta, Need Courtesy Light Switch!

Pictures are worth 1000 words. He's referring to the bank of three switches in this photo. In this case, the left one is the convertible top, the center one is the power antenna, and the right one is the courtesy lights. Flipping it to ON turns on the two lights under the dash by your feet on the left and right sides of the car.
My guess is that these switches were of this design for 1967 only as little things like this tended to change in appearance from year to year to freshen the interior appearance with each new model year, so a replacement will likely have to come from another '67 full-size Olds.

How does this happen? Did your car spend much of its life where high humidity is common? My car is just as old as yours, but if I peer up behind the dash at the backs of these switches, I see terminals and so forth that look like they could be new. Of course, for all I know, they were replaced at some point prior to when I bought the car in 2009, but I would tend to doubt it.

You're right. I take back what I said above about what other model years might be of help. Here's the dash on a '68 Delta 88, and while the ***** on the radio, headlights, and wiper switch are different, if you look carefully just to the left of the steering wheel directly below the left gauge cluster, there's one switch that looks just like the ones on a '67.
For 1969, though, things changed quite a bit. Here's the dash on a '69 Delta 88 convertible, and the wiper/washer switch is in the thin chrome strip above the heater control on the left side while the convertible top switch is about the same distance to other side of the steering column just below the fuel gauge cluster.
