A friend made a small run of the electrical routing tube for 66 442s. I think that they made be the same for 65,66 and 67, but this is subject to verification. The longer tubes for 68 et seq. are reproduced but the shorter 66 tube, to my belief, is not. He is looking for a source for the clamp shown below with an original tube:
