Hurst, he said 4barrel, so I think he just meant quadrajet. There were 4 442 air cleaners in 67, the open element for the sticks, the closed with snorkel for most of the automatics, which is what he wants, the supersized one that looks closed without snorkel, but is actually open around the bottom for the last of the year's run of automatics, and the w-30/OAI shroud.

The 65 used the 4jet carb 66 and 67 the Quadrajet so throat diameter would be the same in 66 and 67.

As far as the 4-jet vs. Q-jet, they each had a specific base, but the tops are interchangeable.

I believe the correct answer is 10.
Copper, you're having some trouble here!
The TPC is not a 442, so that would make 5, not 6.
HOWEVER
Each air cleaner also came in a "closed PCV system" version, so that actually makes 10 versions total.
The Q-jets were (up to) '65, so the tops are different too (passenger side snorkels)

Huh, I never realized you couldn't get a turnpike cruiser 442 in '67. I know it was available that way in '68.
Always learning
I didn't say the tops were the same, I said they are interchangeable. They are. The bases, of course must match the carb throat diameter.

1967: Cutlass Supreme Coupes and Converts only option (442 excluded)
1968: 442 option only
1969: Came in the form of the midyear W32, another step up in the performance arena. Less Turnpike, more Cruiser.
1970: SX. Back to a Cutlass Supreme option pretty much were it started. But within the first few months, Olds realized the 2bbl. SX was still not the answer, and they introduced the W32 SX. Along with a later in the year change to a the L31 SX.
1971: Stayed with the 4-bbl 455, but that was the end of the line.
