I have a friend that is looking to purchase a 65 442. It is missing the side scoops. It is a real 442 because the holes are there and has a numbers matching 400 with correct 4-Jet Rochester. He is wanting to get the side scoops if available before he purchases the car. Anyone have a real nice set? $$$

this doesn't really help you but i did see a really nice pair on craigslist somewhere last week for somewhere around $800,i haven't been able to find the ad again .that might seem high but if you buy a set that are pitted(most are) by the time you get them replated properly you will have spent a similar amount of money.i have a set that need restoring and would sell them for $400.jc
