'65 Cutlass/442 Pass side partial QUARTER PANEL
I have a buddy that could use a P side quarter panel (or part of it) for his '65 442. Looking for as clean of a piece as possible. I do realize rust is common along the bottom area behind the rear wheel opening so something that needed some patching down there isn't out of the question.
Main concern is everything ABOVE that lower section....the "flatter" areas from above the diecast side trim up to the top of the QP.....ie - the "face" of the quarter panel. Don't want anything that has been hammered in those areas, filled with bondo, prior hammer and dolly work, etc.
Looking for at least the back "half" of the P side QP...from around the top of the wheel opening (or slightly less) to the back lip.
May require some stripping/sanding of paint, etc on the piece to verify lack of damage. He already has a "nice" smooth P side QP on the car that turned out to be full of bondo and terrible hammer/dolly work under the "smooth" primed surface.
Thanks
