65-69 Console Chrome needed
The Parts Place is advertising those two pieces now with a price listed so they might actually have them. You rarely see these parts used for any kind of reasonable price anymore, regardless of the condition.
For years TPP would list things like repro F heads with "call" for a price. I was told they were gauging interest with those listings

Before they repro'd the console bases you used to be able to buy the two pieces for next to nothing. I had at least four top plates at one time and a lot of broken console base pieces
I assembled a console with PP's repro base, and mounting brackets, using OEM top pieces, flocked the box, painted it to match, turned out a very nice result, better than trying to repair a cracked OEM fragile console which I did prior to the repros. I also purchased top pieces for a 64-67 Pontiac A body console they were plastic, using my original base, as I did not want to drill holes in the original piece for a tach, they fit fine, however the pot metal is much more substancial than the plastic, and there is a big price difference between the two types of repro parts.
