Anybody out there got any parts for my 64 Jetstar? Radio, brake drums, anything?

Welcome to the site! I don't have any jetstar specific parts but believe other members here will have. Also there's a number of items that will interchange with other models. When you have time start making a list of what your needing, and if you could post some pictures of what your working on too.

carjunky here John. I figured there was some interchangability on many such items, I just did'nt know for sure. I checked O'Reilly's website and they have LOTS of the mechanical stuff I will need. Radios, though, well... . My car is complete, original, and (with only 37,000 on the clock) in really great shape inside-it just needs a factory radio with all trim. Owners son took out the original and wanted to put in a "stereo". Thankfully he did'nt cut anything, just lost the radio! well if you run onto anything please let me know. Many thanks, carjunky.

Might have a radio for you. Parted a number of cars over the years. Radio will be AM. But I might have a Wonderbar out there too. Let me know if you are interested.

radio for 64 jetstar

If you do have one that is complete I am definitely interested. My car is all original down to the seatcovers but the radio is missing. AM, AM/FM, Wonderbar makes no difference as long as it is correct for that car. See what you have and price it for me please. Thanks.

I just extracted an AM radio from the '64 Jetstar 88

It was for a guy whose contact info I now cannot find.

Maybe 'twas you?
Texas sounds right

Anyhoo, if that was you we are all set.
Maybe I can find that call in my phone, I know it was on the road for work trip a week ago.

PS the car is rusted, bashed in the back, but if anyone needs any OTHER '64 J-88 parts from a 4-dr, please inquire. I think the front wheel opening trims are in the car and in good shape. Dashboard still intact exc. for radio now missing. Suspension sold, only 1 rear axle left and it had a bearing wear into the shaft.
