Looking for a rear bumper for a 63 Dynamic 88 4 door, anyone have one or direction to a supplier would be great...

 

Hard one to find even here in Los Angeles they rusted through. 63 is one of my favorite years, welcome to the site.

 

Here on the east coast, Tri-City Plating out of Tennessee (they have an 800 number -- you can call 800 info - 1 - 800 - 555 - 1212) has very nice quality re-chromed bumpers.
On both coasts, is Bumper Boyz out of California / Mexico (who also has an 800 number) though theig roods are traditionally less expensive, they are known to not last as long....
