I would love to have the bucket seats out of it but the freight would probably kill me.

If you want, call him, and see what you might work out. I can sure go pull them and ship them to you if you want. BEAUTIFUL Olds by the way...1956? My dad had a 53 Super 88 in Cadet Blue...would love to see another one sometime.

Thanks for the offer and the compliment. I may give him a call tomorrow. I want them for another project i have. My Olds is a 54 and it is Capri Blue and Glacier White. It was originally solid blue but by the time I got it, it was an ugly gold.

Thanks for the help and generous offer. I have a 57 Chevy that is probably going to be a retirement project. I have spent more in storage than the car will ever be worth. I want a set of the low back 62-65 generation bucket seats for it. Starfire would be great since the left one is probably power.

Thanks again guys.

Parts car 1962 starfire

I spoke to him, it has no rear end, no ac , and no seats , . All were taken, the center console as well. Silver int. rusted quarters , solid floors. That's what he said today.

Geez that should be a easy manifold to find. Is yours missing? I might have one for you if you strike out.

1961 & 62 use the standard drivers side manifold for duals. 1963 and 64 use the special duals manifold when the engine was moved forward in redesign for those two years. Common internet information gaffe. You can use the special manifold if you care to but the drivers side 1963 & 4 pipe for that manifold won't fit well without some light mods.

I have parted a few of these and the Starfire engines I have saved comport this information.

Check the very best restored cars such as Chuck Tuma's cars to verify.

The 63/64 dual exhaust manifold will fit in a 62 as I added one to my wagon and it cleared the shifter linkage. The 62 dual exhaust was done by routing the drivers side back and adding a blocker plate to the passenger side. I know where a 63/64 dual exhaust manifold is but he wants upwards of 250.00 dollars plus the shipping.I have seen this manifold on a few starfires at the national meets over the past years.I'm not sure if it will fit the earlyer cars with a 394 I haven't checked it out.

I'm doing great up here under all this snow, saw something today I haven't seen in so long I can't remember....a picture of green grass, what a shock to try to remember what it looks like...WOW.
All kidding aside this manifold is on the west coast and it seems to be the going rate and I think for what you are doing I would go for it.
I have one on all my 63 and 62 cars, they sound better and breath better.
How is life treating you in the desert state? are you keeping warm down there?
