My guess is that you won't find a new one. There isn't enough demand for power steering hoses for '62 Oldsmobiles to make it worth it for any manufacturer to enter into production.
I think you have four choices.
1. Find a good used one.
2. Take your old hose to a local auto parts store and see if anything they have in stock will match up with yours well-enough to be used. This sometimes works, and sometimes strange matches can be found, such as discovering that the fuel pump for an '87 Cutlass just happens to work in a '52 Studebaker (not saying this is true in this case, but this sort of thing happens sometimes).
3. Have yours repaired, if it can be.
4. Have one custom-made.

Fusick has them for the 62 full size cars 1-860-623-1589. Part number PSH590 it looks like but you would need to double check that. You could also check and see if a local hydraulic shop or industrial supply shop can crimp a new hose on your ends. Some of them they can.
