I am looking for the center section and spider gears for a 61-63 f 85, Cutlass or Jetfire.

 

My friend has a complete 62 F85. I can ask him tomorrow how much he would take for parts you need.
The car is located in West Harrison, Indiana. 30 miles west of Cincinnati, Ohio.

not yet. I just made a couple calls today with no luck.

I see you called Jim. He said no deal made yet,since you were so far away.. That being said I 'll be traveling through Indianapolis in a week or two & could meet you @ 465 & US 31 North, that's if you two make a deal. He said he would negotiate some on the price. There's nothing in it for me, just trying to help.

 

I have a couple others that are checking also. i will know something soon. He don't want to take it apart but all i really need are the insides. I guess it wouldn't hurt to have all of it.

He has been after me to sell it for him for 10 years and now that I have someone who needs one, he has to "rediscover" where he put it .....

Jensen, We spoke before about my friend have a 62 , but I guess you to couldn't get together or something. Any Jim is doing some house cleaning and he has a stack of rear ends & tells me on is for a 62 and he'll let it go. If interested, PM me & I'll give you his number, unless you still have it. He's a picture of the stack of rear ends.

 

I can't remember why we couldn't get together on it. I will call him again.

 

I think it was a distance thing and the rear end was still in the car. This rear end is out , he just forgot about it.

 

I just spoke with Jim he'll let it go and is expecting your call.. I maybe able to meet you on the east side of Indianapolis sometime. I go that way when I visit my brother. I'll PM you with Jim's contact info.
