55 Oldsmobile Power Steering Part needed

I needed to have the power steering box rebuilt of my 55 super 88. Sent it to the rebuilder but it came back without the Pitman Arm. Where can I find one?

Try John(Blu442) on this site he parted out a 54 and a 55 he may have one. If me I would expect the rebuilder to find one he lost it...Tedd

Allen, I've got a couple power steering columns, one has been partially disassembled by a previous owner. Here's a couple photos of a pitman arm. I'm thinking you also need the large nut and washer that hold it on, correct? If your interested in this send me your shipping address through a PM or email and I'll get you a total costs, purchase plus shipping. John

John. That is the pitman arm I need

John. If that pitman arm is for a 55 with power steering, then it is the one I need. My shipping address is Allen Faltus, University Auto Center, 1817 State Route 97, Ellensburg Washington, 98926. Let me know how much I owe you and how I should send the amount. Thank you very much. Allen Faltus

Confirmation on Pitman Arm

John. Could you confirm that you got my message containing my address and email address. Being new, the web site is confusing to me on how to contact you directly. Allen

Allen, I just now saw your message. I'll get a box for the part and get shipping costs. Do you need the big nut and lock washer that holds this to the power steering box? I'm thinking if your rebuilder misplaced this he may have also not given you the nut and washer back either.
